These 3 bands have never shared the bill together and cannot wait to share their talents for such a fantastic and worthy cause. WE ROCK CANCER and PMB have much shared history together, you don't want to miss this one time event. LOTS of different ticket types available. Pat McGee's Down The Hatch is like no other destination event out there. 2027 will mark the 17th year that we take over our little corner of the gorgeous Outer Banks of NC. The lineup is, as my son would say, “low-key fire”! Some old friends of Pat McGee Band are joining us for the first time (Carbon Leaf, Howie Day) and we are thrilled to welcome back some DTH vets along with new faces to OBX!

For 4 days (or 5 if you join us on Sunday for the DTH Wine Down – LISTED AS ANOTHER TOUR DATE ON WEBSITE), we invite you to relax on the shoreline, swim in the ocean, explore OBX, check out killer artists, experience intimate sets with singer-songwriters and truly get to know some of our nation’s top musicians on and off stage.

Artists perform casually during the day, literally with toes in the sand, while you relax in your beach chairs with coolers by your side. In addition to full-blown rock shows in the evening, there are storyteller-songwriter-in-the-round sessions and impromptu sit-ins. Many of these talented rockers are road pals and can’t wait to collaborate in this laidback setting. While most performances take place at the hotel, we do venture to a venue in town (just up Beach Road) for an evening or two.

While the talent always do their thing musically, the DTH community is what truly shines. Reunions of old friends bring smiles all weekend long and new relationships blossom out of a shared passion for great music. Harmony isn’t just being belted off the stage, it’s in the fabric of the DTH attendees.

Down The Hatch is created by and produced by artists – we don’t overthink anything at DTH, we just think it’s flat-out cool that these DTH moments are the ultimate in “you had to be there” experiences.

It’s the OBX version of coming over to my house for a VIP afterparty. I literally take your drink-of-choice requests prior to the event and have them waiting for you and your friends when you arrive, along with hors devours hand-created by me and my team.

The Wine Down has truly become a special day to gather at a stunning property with an intimate group of DTHer’s, exhale with me, the DTH team, as well as select special guest artists. We shoot the breeze, enjoy breathtaking views, have a casual Q&A about all things DTH, and play a few tunes acoustically.
